Return Policy

We know that sometimes things just don't fit like they should or are not just how you imagined! We are here to help you! If you have any questions, just ask! Customer service is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here are all the in's and out's of the The Funky Zebras Cedar Rapids return policy:

RETURNS

Refunds will be offered in the form of in-store credit if items are received back to The Funky Zebras Cedar Rapids within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. If your exchange is returned after the 7 day window, we are unable to process the transaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, free of stains and odors. It must also have the tags attached.

Discounted items are all sales final, only regular priced items may be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

EXCHANGES

Contact us about an exchange if you need a different size or your item arrived damaged/defective. Exchanges will be based on if we have the item in-stock. Send us a message on Facebook (@TheFunkyZebrasCedarRapids) or an email at thefunkyzebrascedarrapids@gmail.com.

 

SHIPPING

Mail your product to: 102 16th Ave SW, Suite A, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 attention "Return" or "Exchange".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund in the form of in-store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The Funky Zebras Cedar Rapids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
